1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeatNav (seatnav.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. These terms apply to all visitors and users of the SeatNav platform.

2. What SeatNav Is

SeatNav is an event intelligence and ticket discovery platform. We help users find, compare, and evaluate tickets for sports, concerts, Broadway, and live events.

SeatNav is not a ticket seller. We do not sell, issue, or fulfill tickets. All ticket purchases are made directly through TicketEvolution, our third-party ticketing partner. By clicking "Buy" you are transferred to TicketEvolution's checkout platform, subject to their own terms and conditions.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

SeatNav participates in the TicketEvolution affiliate program. We may earn a commission when you purchase tickets through links on this site. This is disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines. Affiliate relationships do not influence our event intelligence scoring, rankings, or editorial decisions — all scoring is deterministic and data-driven.

4. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final and subject to TicketEvolution's purchase terms, refund policies, and guarantees.
• Prices displayed on SeatNav are provided by TicketEvolution and may exclude fees. Final pricing including fees is shown at checkout.
• SeatNav is not responsible for canceled, postponed, or rescheduled events. Refund eligibility is determined by TicketEvolution.
• SeatNav does not process payments. We never have access to your payment information.

5. Accuracy of Information

SeatNav uses automated pipelines to display event, venue, and ticket data. While we strive for accuracy:

• Event dates, times, and venues are subject to change by the event organizer.
• Ticket availability and pricing are updated periodically and may not reflect real-time inventory.
• Intelligence scores (EVE Score, Deal Score, Value Score) are computed deterministically from available data and are not guarantees of experience or value.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on SeatNav — including event intelligence scores, seat guides, city profiles, and platform design — is owned by Organiq Sweden AB or its data providers. You may not reproduce, scrape, copy, or redistribute content from SeatNav without prior written permission. Automated access via bots or scrapers is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

SeatNav is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Organiq Sweden AB is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from ticket purchases, event cancellations, or reliance on event intelligence data. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $50 USD or the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months (which is $0, as SeatNav is free to use).

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest data from SeatNav
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with platform functionality
• Use SeatNav for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your affiliation with SeatNav or impersonate SeatNav staff

9. Third-Party Links

SeatNav links to third-party sites including TicketEvolution, venue websites, and sports league pages. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site. Following a link to a third-party site is at your own risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions. For users in the United States, we also comply with applicable federal and state consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of SeatNav after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
