1. Who We Are

SeatNav (seatnav.com) is operated by Organiq Sweden AB. We provide a ticket discovery and event intelligence platform for sports, concerts, Broadway, and live events. We are not a ticket seller — we connect users to third-party ticket marketplaces, including TicketEvolution.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Usage data — pages visited, search queries, clicks, referral source, browser type, device type, IP address, and session duration. Collected automatically via Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics.
• Cookies and tracking technologies — we use first-party and third-party cookies to measure site performance and improve user experience. See Section 5 for details.
• Voluntarily submitted information — if you contact us by email, we collect the information you provide in that communication.

We do not collect payment information. All ticket transactions are processed by TicketEvolution on their hosted checkout at checkout.seatnav.com, subject to their own privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the SeatNav platform
• To analyze traffic and understand how users interact with the site
• To measure the performance of event and ticket pages
• To detect and prevent abuse or technical issues
• To respond to inquiries submitted via email

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties in the course of operating SeatNav:

5. Cookies

SeatNav uses the following types of cookies:

• Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to track sessions and page views. These are anonymized and do not identify you personally.
• Functional cookies — used to remember your preferences such as selected city or theme.

6. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• The right to know what personal information we collect about you
• The right to request deletion of your personal information
• The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
• The right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

7. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted. Server logs retained by Vercel are subject to their data retention policy. We do not maintain a separate user database.

8. Children's Privacy

SeatNav is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us at privacy@seatnav.com and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of SeatNav after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
